At the risk of sounding a bit technical here the first day of summer in the Northern Hemisphere falls on June 21^st. But this depends on exactly where you are.  If you are in Western North America then you’re some of the lucky ones who get to celebrate summer a little earlier, on June 20^th. What this means in technical terms is that the Earth’s North Pole axis is tipped virtually directly in the sun’s direction. This translates, for most of us, to “It’s Summer!” That means warm weather and fun, doesn’t it? Yes, hopefully it will be a good summer but it’s also time, with less than a month to go, to get your plans for any corporate events well under way.
